Texas Beef Brisket. It's chopped or pulled brisket. That to me is a sign that the brisket can't stand on it's own although that's not always true. But it held true here. The brisket was moderately tender but with little deep seated flavor and only topical smoke. The preparation was insipid and it was saved by a heavy dousing with the spicy tangy sweet BBQ sauce.
