The Wahlburg family gets plenty of publicity and with that they open a mid to premium priced burger chain. The rich get richer at the expense of the middle and lower class.
Our Burger. A basic 1/3 rd pound with onions, lettuce, cheese, tomato, onions, and wahl sauce. Cooked to a medium well.
I walked in with moderate expectations and I have to say my expectation were exceeded. This could be well one of the best if not best airport burgers I've had. I'm thinking I had one better but where escapes me as I write this. The bun was a cross between the standard white bun and ciabatta so I that made this burger stand out among the competition. The patty was one I didn't think negatively about other than it may have been overhandled in the shaping process and was slightly dense. The toppings contributed well.
My complaint is that the burger was lukewarm as if it sat on the counter unnoticed until a server decided to rescue it and deliver it to me.
The staffing was short. The bartender/waitress was overworked, and eyed up who she should spend time with to get the biggest tip. I was never asked how my food was. I didn't leave the biggest tip.
