Being a road warrior means opportunities abound to dine at varying establishments.  Most are decent.  A few achieve greatness.  Gustoso is a treasure. 

Chicken Kabob. With the first bite, I knew I had something special. Flavorful, tender, umami packed.  The two sauces are homemade creations and just knocked it out of the ballpark. I spoke with "mom" who appeared to do the sole cook.  The food was so good, I returned the next evening for more, which I can't recall ever doing previously in my travels.

9/1/16, 6:27 PM. Chicken Shawarma and Falafel.  I can think of only two other places I've been to where the falafel was this good. Crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. The chicken shawarma was top notch. Flavorful, tender, comforting, hot, cool, crispy. A generous filling package.
