The burnt ends are respectable, moist, and fatty.
The brisket is dry and lean. It is sliced to 3/8 in. thickness a good thing but fails the hold vertically and gravity alone should almost pull it apart test. In this case, it took a serious pinch grip with a serious tug to pull the meat apart.
Overall decent fast food BBQ but expensive and it fails to tug at my BBQ heart and stomach.
