A good independent restaurant surrounded by chain restaurants.
Cabbage Stew with Lamb and Plantain. Mild but deliciously flavored. Moist, fork tender. Fresh fried plantain comforts the soul. It's much better than anticipated but on the pricey side. It's like home cooking.
