The lessons learned for Made In China restaurant are don't go cheap and don't go for breakfast.
The Chinese typically fail to show their skills preparing breakfast and especially their interpretation of Western breakfasts. Stick with congee and other traditional Chinese items if you want a good Chinese breakfast.
