Located in busy strip mall, Mosaic has competition for your dollars.
Business was light this evening allowing Chef Tony to bring my entree to
the table and spend a few minutes chatting.
This was a really great Greek salad. Fresh, crispy, tart.
The falafel didn't standout.
Lamb Souvlaki. Ordered medium. It arrived grilled to perfection on the outside and perfectly medium on the inside. Fresh, slight gaminess expected of lamb without being overwhelming, again perfect lamb flavor. It had the right saltiness but the typical Mediterranean seasonings present could have been kicked up a notch. Better than expected for this neck of the woods.
4/27/16, 7:14 PM. Gyro Meat. Sloppy plating but it was quite delicious. Flavors, proteins, carbs, and portions were well balanced.
