The Country Cat Onion rings were typical but taken to the next level with the extraordinary homemade ketchup.
Pan Seared Steelhead on a Smoky Bacon & Early Autumn Vegetable Hash with Sauce Romesco. I'm not fan of cooked salmon preferring sashimi but Country Cat's preparation is about as good as I can imagine for a chunk of salmon. The vegetables, bacon, and sauce had more flavor than the salmon and the entree highlight. I chose salmon as a healthy alternative. I should have eaten unhealthy and ordered the Skillet Fried Chicken. 3.5 stars.
