Braised Rabbit with Farro was the evening's special. At $26, it had better be special. I was undecided between ordering the Quail and the Rabbit, and the waitress swayed me toward the rabbit saying it was Jenn Louis's favorite protein.

I shouldn't have been surprised the dish came out with two Cornish hen sized hindquarters. The rabbit was less tender than expected for a braised protein. I struggled scraping the meat off the bones with Western utensils. The flavoring and seasonings were too subtle for unsophisticated palate to pick up. It reminded me of chicken cooked in a mild chicken broth. The farro was more seasoned offering nutty, crunchy, chewy, and savory mouthfuls.  3 stars.
