Fish hand Roll chef's choice at $6. The presentation fell short. Both ginger and wasabi leaned mild. The salmon and avocado are fresh but the rice is mushy, bland, and flat seemingly missing vinegar. The nori sat exposed to the air too long or hadn't been dried resulting in Chew City. 1.5 stars.
The Yakuza Burger. Cut in half, the juices started flowing. It is by far the best burger I have had period. Beefy, mouth watering juicy, peek-a-boo spiciness that disappeared and reappeared, cheesy, perfect brioche bun, and nice textural crunch and contrast. 5 stars for the burger.
