The doors had opened when I arrived but many of the buffet trays/stations had yet to be stocked. It would be stocked throughout the meal, requiring multiple trips to see what was brought out.
The food had flavor but tasted less authentic seemingly watered down for the Minnesota palate rather for the adventurous wanting the full flavored real deal. The food was light,watery, heavy on the sauce, lacking the solidness and substance offered at other Indian buffets.
The Chicken Tandoori was one of the better ones I've had, not overcooked and still having a level of moistness. This deserved seconds. A rice mixture came out later and it also deserved seconds. The breads were hot, tasty, and compliment the foods well.
Overall the food is good for the price.
