I wonder how restaurants survive in small towns especially when it's located off the main street. La Casita Dos most likely gets less than it share of through traffic as a result of its non-optimal location but the big lettering on the building side helps.
Machaca. It leaned on the salty side but was otherwise bland, lacking the freshness and zing anticipated in the best of Mexican food. It was a paint the numbers assembly. It wasn't a bad meal. It just left with my belly full and neutral.
The service was nice and prompt.
