The dim sum law of averages says you will run into the good, the average, and below par. Yes even in food mecca Hong Kong, not all the restaurants can be winners. Someone has to be below par and alas this restaurant was one.
If there was a bad meal we had during the trip, this would qualify as it. It wasn’t truly bad, just bland and ordinary. And I can’t complain about the cost. At $77 HK or $10 US for the entire meal, this was a bargain.
